Probation Extension
I have and adjudication withheld felony and my probation is almost up. Due to some financial issues I cannot make the payments I need an extension I have to report tomorrow and I dont want to goto jail. My Probation officer violated me already she told her supervisor she had spoken to me about it which she didn't. My case is in another county and the judge will not lift the warrant till i show. What can I do

If you informed your probation officer about your inability to pay due to financial inability, your officer should not use that as the sole basis for violating your probation. I would recommend contacting a attorney in your area for assistance as it may help avoid jail. Good luck.
