Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I am currently on probation for a felony theft its my first offense I am getting two years probation and being put in the pti program in florida...my question is I'm having to apply for my secret security clearance will I be able too get it?

I'm not sure which clearance you mean exactly, but most government jobs will require you to disclose the charge. However, you can also explain that the charge will be dismissed. You should talk to an attorney in person just to be sure.
