Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I am on probation in fl and have not been able to pay back restitution. when my probation runs out can i do jail time

Yes it is possible. You can't be in willful violation if you don't have the ability to pay however. Courts are usually very strict about what "ability to pay" means. I suggest you talk to an attorney right away to talk about your options.
