Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I am on probation and I was with a friend who had cannabis on him and i didnt know and the officer have my friend and i a ticket. I have to appear in court very soon and my friend is coming with me he is going to state the he had the drugs not me. I am afarid i am going to be arrested. Is his statement going to help?
