Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I am on probation for a misdemeanor. When i look it up on fl doc it says felony probation. Did they make a mistake?

Based on the information you have provided, I presume that your case began as a felony and was plead down to a misdemeanor. When a Circuit Court sentences someone on a misdemeanor in felony court, the sentence is usually to State supervised probation by the Department of Corrections. If your case began as a misdemeanor, then you may want to address the issue with probation.
