Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
probation
I am presently on misdemeaner probation in Lake county Florida. I have been told that I must inform any potential employer that I am serving this probation even if it ruins any chance of gaining employment. Do I really have to inform these potential employers about my misedemeanor probation?

Re: probation
You must inform your employer if informing your employer is a condition of your probation (which it almost always is). You should review your conditions of probabtion to be sure.
