getting off probation

I have a question I was in court August 1st and I was placed on one year probation. Eligible for early termination after 6 months. With my probation starting that day. My orientation was like a week and a half after my court date and I met with my probation officer the first week of September. Wouldn't that mean that upon everything being completed including all fines, community service and the passing of all my drug screens that I would be eligible for early term on Feb 1st. Please get back to me ASAP. Thank you.

Re: getting off probation

You are eligible to petition for eraly termination of your probation six months after your sentencing date, which would mean you would be eligible to move for early termination on or after January 23, 2008.
