Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If I was on probation but I was supposed to early terminate months ago and I violate on a dirty urine if the violation occurred after I was supposed to be off probation can they still violate me? If they can then how come?

The key here is "supposed to early terminate." If you haven't completed every last thing that needs to be done, you won't terminate early, including all programs, community service, fines, supervision costs, etc. More importantly, the judge at sentencing had to order AUTOMATIC early termination upon completion of all conditions before you are "supposed" to terminate early. In other words if the judge said, at sentencing, you can terminate after half your probation is complete upon application with the court, then it doesn't terminate until you go to court. You should contact an attorney to see if there is anything that can be done in your case.
