Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

probation transfer without approvel of recieving state

I know that I must have my probation officers approval to do any thing, including relocating to another state. So how can the state of fl.send me to ca.before I have even been approved by that state. The judge in my case said that I could relocate to ca.and the probation office filled out all of the necesary paper work and I got on a plane and came to ca.I had family that helped me out and iam staying with family,I took a plea deal to lesser charge of 3 degree child abuse withold judification,3 yrs probation,6months suspended supervision, and court cost and fines, and reloction to ca.I am still waiting to hear from any one to let me know if I have been accepted and it seems to me that knobody is following up on my case,I have not heard back from fl. or ca.and I do not want to be in violation of probation because of something that the probation dept is not doing. Is what the state of fl. even legal to do and how can I get help in this matter,Iam afraid to do any thing because of the flimm flam way that my case was even handeld by my public defender and the way that all of this turned out.I spent a yr and half in jail and did not think that i was ever going to get out.But what I need to know ,was all of this legal?please help thanx
