Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
probation violation
My husband is on felony probation for 18 months but he violated but the incident happened before he got on probation and he was just recently arrested for an incident happened before he got on probation. What is going to happen to him will they send him to prison or will they let him sit in jail.

If the incident happened before he was placed on probation then he shouldnt be violated.
as to whether or not he will go to prison i would need to know more about the two charges.
I recently handled a violation of probation case in tampa in front of judge perry with a successfull outcome.
