Probation Violation

I Have a warrant for my arrest in miami dade county for probation violation, whats the best way and fastest way to clear this up, will I have to go to jail and turn my self? or can this be settles any other way?

Mr. Hornsby is right this is definately a scenario where an attorney could help. If you had a local attorney he could do one of 2 things. If your particular judge allows in court surrenders then the attorney could set that up; if the judge does not allow them then the attorney could schedule a hearing date the day after you turn yourself in. Either way the idea would be to minimize the ammount of time you spend in jail, if any.

Without knowing the particular facts of your case it is dificilt to give you any further advice.

Whatever you decide to do you should act quickly because you would not want to be arrested in IN. and have to wait for them to schedule your transportation down here.
