probation violation over 10 years ago agreeing not to come back to state
a friend violated his probation over 10 years ago now lives in another state can he make a deal through a lawer with fla not to return to the state so he can get a drivers license with out getting arrested in his state for the violation he has not been in any trouble since the violation has a family and home in other state he is paying morgage on thank you

This answer is based upon 2 presumptions:
1. Kentucky is the state you are moving to and intend to get a license; and
2. Florida is the state you need a lawyer, perhaps as well as Kentucky.
