Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Was currently on probation when I got a new I wrongfully got charged with battery. If the charges ate dropped will my VOP disappear?

Not necessarily. The state could decide it could proceed on the VOP since it was a lower burden of proof and maybe they feel they can prove it at a VOP hearing. You should talk to an attorney about defending you on the VOP.
