Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I am on probation 1 year on 4 M cases , I was arrested in another county for theft again a Felony three days ago . They gave me bail and said the probation county would most likely want to pick me up. What will now happen to me ? Will I get a chance for a hearing at all ? I have been thru mental court 2 times with positive results but the state will not allow me in the programs again. I was never told why but I assume they feel I had been given enough chances, however when you live with mental illness as I have, we almost never make the right choices and continue to find trouble.

You certainly have the right to have a hearing. Don't give any statements to anyone, including your probation officer. Get yourself a really good attorney to bring these issues to the judge. That you will give you the best chance. Alternatively, talk to your public defender as soon as you can.
