Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Probationer leaving state - Consequences on both parties
I have a son that is on probation for 9 months. He can not seem to obtain a travel permit and wants to visit us in FL. My question is what happens to him if hre gets caught & does anything happen to us if he gets caught in our house. Can we go to jail over this?
