Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I am on probationfor felony burglary. I was pulled over and charged with driving on a suspended license, have no license tag,registration,or insurance, will this violate my probation and send me back to jail?

Probably. A lot depends on whether any of those are criminal. Driving on suspended license and tag charges are usually, but not always, criminal. You need to get an attorney right away to deal with the impending VOP and traffic charges.
