Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Pro-Bono Appeals Attorney
Is it even feasable to find an Attorney that would consider taking a Criminal Appeal case Pro-Bono? Are there any Attorney's that still get outraged at blatant disreguard for the defendents rights? My Ex-Husband and son say I shold be wring newspapers, Attorney's offices, and anything else I can think of, Would it do any Good do you think? Thanks

Re: Pro-Bono Appeals Attorney
The public defender provides free appeals to indigent defendants. The only other people who might do it for free is a huge law firm with a large pro bono department. Most lawyers cannot afford to work for free, I could not. Pls call if you are interested in my rates.
