Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Can anyone provide information in regards to discovery that isnt complete.

The police report doesnt match the statements that were written, there arent any 911 tapes or transcripts.

Can you also tell me where I can find information on cases that were thrown out or dismissed due to the discovery information, or police lying on police reports.?

You can do a public records request if you are looking for information about police that are lying in the past. If you are looking for info on how to prove cops are lying now in their police reports, then that can be done through depositions and cross examination by your attorney.
