Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If someone has a PRR and is facing a charge that is a felony punishable by life and the prosecutor agrees to drop the PRR in exchange for a plea agreement of 25 years does the judge have the option of sentencing to less time or are her hands tied?

The judge pretty much has to honor that agreent or the state can revoke the PRR waiver and they will face the max sentence
