Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I need to get a (PTI) F.S.893 charge expunged from 2000. How do I go about it? Also, is it possible to expunge another F.S. 893 that was adjudication withheld from 1993. I cannot afford an attorney andI could really use some help on this. Thank you.

You can get the PTI charge expunged or you can get the other charge, where adjudication was withheld, sealed, but you can not do both. Also if you have ever gotten adjudicated guilty on anything, then you can't do either. I have a section on my website below that may answer some more of your questions regarding sealing and expunging.
