Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

im on the pretrial intervention program and almost completed for some reason if i get arrested will they hold me with no bond like regular probation and if ive never been convicted of any felonies and get convicted with 2 felonies was usually is the out come as far as sentencing

I cant imagine why you would do anything to risk an almost completed pti. In my area you would go on probation for the cases and have felonies on your record. It depends how serious the new charge is.
