Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I am going on PTI on thursday when i go to court I was arrrested for controlled substances on december 31,2011 and I wanted to know will i have a drug test on thursday and if so if I fail it for controlled substance will i get rejected? Arrested or what? I know I shouldnt have done it but I did..

It's very possible they will test you. If that's the case, they may not necessarily arrest you but you will get kicked out of the PTI program for sure. It will be helpful to get yourself an attorney at this point.
