Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Can the Public Defender's office Change Counsel during a case? If So is there a certain time frame that it would be considered illegal, or misrepresentation?

Yes they can change attorneys when they wish. Only if the judge considered it a due process violation (a very high standard) would it be improper.
