public order crime racketeering
what can i do to try and get my wife out early from prison she has been incarcerated for 17 months what i need to do to file a motion for reduction of sentence? Do I need a lawyer for that?

You need a lawyer who handles post conviction relief. It is far more comlplicated than a motion to reduce sentence, which would not work. Call if you are interested in hiring a lawyer to examine your options.
