Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
publix
a few friends of mine filled a cart in publixs with grocerys and pushed it to there car never got the grocerys loaded in the car but publix got there tag so i was wondering if the police could do any thing about that since the grocerys never left publix property.

The second you left the store with the groceries it became a theft. It doesn't matter is you were still on publix property.
