Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I was pulled over and arrested for not having a license. That was the only offense on the citation. Is that legal?

Most likely it is legal. Of course there may be other factors that make it an illegal stop. You should talk to an attorney in person to see if there are any issues that may make this an illegal stop.
