Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If someone is pulled over for a seat belt violation,and during the stop,feloney charges are also filed.what happens to the feloney, if the seat belt violation is thrown out?

From the information you provided, it sounds like the felony charges would still stick.

The seat belt violation is not automatically thrown out. However, during the course of negotiations with the prosecutor, your attorney may be able to do that. Talk to an attorney about your case in more detail.
