Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
i got pulled over tonight for supposly going 67 in a 45 but my speedometer said i was going about 50.i told the cop but he just gave a spech about how hes been in law enforcement for 20 years blah blah blah.if i go to a repair shop and prove that my speedometer was messed up is my chance of winning any good? also my vehicle is lifted with mud tires and i know that affects the speedometer too so idk if that helps or not

Well this isn't a criminal law question, but I can tell you that it would be advisable to get your speedo checked out before court. The judge can take that into consideration on whether or not to find you not guilty. It would also be helpful to get an attorney to assist you.
