Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I was pulled over yesterday for speeding which I understand, I was going 45 in a 30. The officer then gave me a ticket for driving without corrective lenses. I didn't have them on me but I've never had any officer bother me about that. I don't think that glasses aid me while I'm driving as I only need them to read far away traffic signs or license plates. This happened in Dade County in Florida. What can I do about this? Can I get this dismissed or would I be better off going to court?

Most likely if you fight the ticket you can get this dismissed. The court will take your drivivng history into consideration.

Driving without corrective lenses is actually a criminal offense and you will have to appear in court.
I have handled many of these cases and would be happy to help you for a very reasonable fee.
Feel free to give me a ring, or email, if you would like to speak further.
