Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I punched someone in the face after I was provoked and antaganized by him. He is the boyfriend of my ex- girlfriend who I have two children with. He spanked my 4 year old daughter and left bruises on her leg and butt. He pushed my button and I punched him. Do I have any legal recourse to get out of this?
