Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

What can I do?

Hi, I was put on probation for three years with the option to get off early within a year and a half. This is my first case ever and my charge was dropped down to 3rd degree felony child abuse. I was violated for non payment, but I informed my probation officer I would pay it, I had just had a death in my family and was givin permission to go to the funeral right before they issued a warrant, when i got back i seen my officer on the appointed date i was givin, two days later I was wanted. I called my probation officer and asked if I sent them some money would they take the warrant off, they stated no due to the fact a judge signed it I would have to take it up with him. So what I did was send the judge a letter with the obiturary and recipts showing I got my license to make it easier to commute to work so that I could make all my payments and get off probation. I have the money for early termination what I dont know is if they are going to let me pay it, i have now had the warrant four months now and before I turn myself in I would like to know what can I do, I'm not a trouble maker this is my first case and its killing me knowing i have to go to jail for something that could have easily been avoided what can I do?
