Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Could I be putting myself at legal risk if I were to submit a question in the "paid for responses" section of this website? For example, if I explained all the details of my situation and the county I live in to try to get the best possible answer back, is there a possibility of my message getting in the hands of law enforcement and used as evidence of my guilt? The particular situation i'm concerned with is only a misdemeanor (if it is considered a crime at all). So its not like law enforcement would be tapping my computer or phone over the matter.

Never say never about the government's capabilities, but if you post in the free section, anyone can see it. If you use the paid section then that attorney is obligated to keep the conversation confidential.
