How to qualified to seal a record? What charges aren't able to get sealed and how long does it take them to fall of your record?

If you have a conviction, you cannot get your record sealed. If you had an "adjudication witheld" you would be eligible to have most charges sealed. Most sex offenses cannot be sealed. The process takes only a few months.
