Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Question about Adjudification

I recently got arrested for 2 counts: possession of alcohol by a person under 21 and false information (I panicked and kind of lied at first..I said I was 21 when they first asked me but I'm 20). I want to know what to plead for this NOT TO GO ON MY RECORD. I know if I plead guilty it will go on my record but I don't want to plead not guilty because then I will need to get a lawyer and a trial date. Someone told me to plead ''non judification'' but I'm not sure what this is or what it does. What should I plead? I want to be able to just pay the court fees and pretend like it never happened (NO RECORD). Thanks
