Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Question about arrests
I recently, in the past month was arrested for DUI. I am will be going to DUI school, all that's required, etc. I'm wondering if an arrest 9 years prior would affect me. That arrest was sealed a few years ago. Thank you.

Shouldn't affect you. A second DUI within 5 years carries mandatory 10 days jail.
