The sentence is to be 24 months in Florida State Prison with Credit for time served (probably in the county jail waiting for his trial or plea) of 113 days to be subtracted from his prison sentence.

Your brother got sentenced to 24 months in prison, but will receive credit for the time he spent in jail prior to taking the plea or the trial. Thus, his maximum remaining sentence will be 2 years minus 113 days. In addition, he may get gain time, which may reduce his confinement even further. However, he is likely going to serve at least 85% of his sentence.
Good luck.
