question

I would like to know that if some one called me in the middle of the night also disturb my sleping tmes, also yelling screaming to me not just that she been treat me that in one day me and my kids will die soon, what solud i do with that?, should i report to cop for my right to protect my family safety?, because just me and my kids living in this florida state. I had thre kids small kids so colud you please answers my question, i'm scare also worrie a bout my kids safety and myself safety, it never know may be this lady might be do somethings bad to us in one day, by the way i knew this lady--name removed--tomes also i'm used to be works for her i'm is her employee.

You should file a police report, so, at the very least, they have something on file, but, unfortunately, there's probably not much more than that that the police are going to be willing to do. Unfortunately, a threatening phone call, unaccompanied by any kind of imminent (immediate) danger, isn't going to get a restraining order.
