Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
question about early term
Thank you for your response. 6 months from the date I was placed on probation will be Feb 1st. When I saw my probation officer today she told me that the first month does not count. My court paper work says that my probation began August 1st but she is trying to say it began in September. So it would be 6 months from that day. She is telling me I am not eligable for my 6 month early term untill March 1st which by my calculation is 7 months not 6. So what are my options as far as fighting this?
