question regarding expungement of criminal record
8/29/2004 arrested for kidnap-false imprisonment, damage property-criminl misch-less than 200 dols, obstructing justice-tampering w a witness, Battery-DOM VIOL
anger mngt/ probation comp.
Cert obtained from FDLE mentions all above.
I am seeking expung due to difficulties obtaining employment. If action/Diversion ws only taken on the D.V and not the other 3 charges do I need to mention them on the notice of hearing and other payperwork or ????????

you can only seal one charge and you cant seal anything if you were ever adjudicated
