Before you spend any time or money, you need to make sure he is eligible. He can not have been convicted of this charge or any other charge in his lifetime (even minor misdemeanors or criminal traffic violations). Further, certain batteries are ineligible to be sealed. I also suggest you get an attorney to do the sealing because the little you spend for an attorney may save in the long run if the court or FDLE denies the application.
