Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Question about Florida felon registration requirements. I'm moving to FL. I need to know if I have to register.
1999 Pennsylvania felony conviction for trespass. 10 years probation completed in 2009. I'm moving to Florida next month. Am I required to register as a felon?
I completed my probation over 10 years ago....I read that after 5 years of completion of all supervision the individual is no longer required by law to register as a felon.

Registration is a very individual lives matter. In order to avoid getting in trouble I would make sure that you contact the sheriff of the county that you will be residing in Florida. They would have a better idea due to their databases on whether or not you need to register.
