Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My question is on Florida law? I would like to move in with my girlfriend however an individual who has a felony also lives there I have my concealed weapons license and I want to know that if I can legally carry either on my person in the holster or have that weapon in a safe when it's not on my person if that's illegal as to not get me or him into any trouble

The person with the felonies the one that has to worry. You should not be in any trouble. However for his sake I suggest that whenever you were not around that you always keep it locked in a safe. Otherwise he could definitely get in trouble.
