Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My question is, if someone is harassing you via internet and you have proof (emails, myspace profile tracker showing them viewing my profile multiple times per day) And also taking pictures and putting them on her myspace saying terrible things about me... is there any legal action that can be taken to make this stop? Its been going on for 2 years.

Speak to the police about charging her with cyberstalking. You might also consider suing her for defamation.
