Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My question is this. I had hired a firm to do work on my property who hired a sub contractor. The sub contractor notified the contractor that they were no longer going to install the fence on our property and I was notified of that by the contractor. The contractor was notified that my property was posted and that the sub contractor was not allowed to come back on to my property. The next day two of the sub contractors employees removed the chain holding the gate at the driveway entered my property and removed construction materials along with close to $900.00 of my personal property. The property is located in Naples Florida and contains my home. What legal action am I able to take if any against the contractor who told them to come out yesterday and remove items without permission and or against the sub contractor and his employees for the trespass and theft of construction materials and personal property?

You can report this to the police, which is the only criminal advice I can give. However, you also need to talk to a civil attorney and ask this question in that forum.
