Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Hello i have a question about the laws on traveling out of e states to a international country. If i have a criminal record and was on probation. I have three charges did have to pay restitution. I am a legal perminant resident would i have trouble getting back into the states when i reach imigration at the airport?

In short, if you are on probation and you leave without permission, then a warrant will be issued, and yes you will be detained at the border.
