Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I have a question I'm currently 22 and live with my aunt and uncle they won't let me have a cell phone. But if my biological mother buys me a cell phone from Philadelphia and sends it to my friends house and he drops it off to me can my aunt take my phone away from me if she didn't buy it and not give it back? Could she get arrested if my biological mother has the receipt for the phone for proof of purchase? I'm just trying to find out answers because my aunt says its 9\10ths of the law and she can take anything she wants from me.

You're an adult so you can have a cell phone sent to you without any problem you can also buy one yourself without any problem. Again you're an adult so the responsibility is with you only
