Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
The question: Is the owner of Internet Broadcasting site responsible.
Case in point Vaughnlive allows casting through there network,now all the streams are copyrighted material. Which is a misdemeanor charge for each count. Now he has enacted a charge for services. That said,is he now the owner of a criminal inter-prize. Oh and keep in mind that he is fully aware of this issue. It was a free service before,kinda IFFY. But with the new charging for services. The Rico Statute seems to fit here. or am i wrong???

This isn't something that a criminal DEFENSE attorney could answer. ONLY the prosecutor can decide. Talk to them about this issue and see if they will investigate this and prosecute.
