Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Hello. I have a question. I know a person who is with a man who sells drugs. Marijuana in particular. They recently had a child. If this man gets caught. With a few pounds at the most, what would happen to this woman and her child? Could she possibly lose the child for living with him? How long would he go to jail for? Could she go to jail too? What are the consequences for that crime. For the father who sold it, and the mother who lived there? Thank you.

The consequences depend on a host of factors but since there is a possibility of felony charges prison is a likelihood.
