Question about Probation

Hi, I am supposed to agree to a probation sentence this Jan.13. Will I be given a drug test that day the probation is ordered or will it be scheduled? What if I fail the day probation begins?

January 13th is 11 days away, which should give you plenty of time (assuming you haven�t recently used) to have everything out of your �system.� This is the safest, most logical and serious away to approach your pending probation. The fundamental answer to your question, however, is that it really depends on your judge.
