Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My question is whether the search was legal or not, After the Police stopped me he immediately begin searching my jeep! Without asking me anythingor anything else!After he found the pot! All this was after i had travel just about two miles! I was later released on ROR!

Based on the vague information provided, it would be an unlawful search and seizure. I want to know why he stopped you and if there were any intervening factors. But, most likely, the state is going to have problems with this stop.
